Raise taxes for the poor to 20%, turn your city into a police state by building a lot of swat and police to quell dissidents, the poor move out = more space for rich people with the same amount of space. Repeat with other 2 sectors. You may get a decrease in income at first from the poor ban, bur itll be more later

Doesnt work with a manual buildings as the rich demolish unprotected housing of the poor to make space for their apartments

note you get protests every now and then aslong as the 20% is in effect, but once you get the number of poor equal to 0 itll take foeever to build back up, once that happens just repeat the purge

also i recommend disabling notifs in settings for protests and riots

hell yea no poors allowed. okay, purge is done, next step, toll booths at places with high traffic, it may require a bit of replanning of the streets, and tank your happiness a bit, but cares if the citizens are happy? We just need to keep them here. I seperated my city into districts and spammed the only streets connecting them with toll booths, had to make a seperate system for the industry so they dont clog up the streets if you cant handle it. Also just high traffic areas
