Sorry for the old error, but when I try to play or rather enter, I get an error for version 1.12.23a. Could someone help me? I would really appreciate it if you could help me

Thanks for your help, the error occurred out of nowhere like last Tuesday. It also happens every time I install a mod, or a plugin. I don't want to install it again because I would lose my progress.

Okay, the only thing I can say directly is that one normal day I tried to enter the game and from there I got the error 1.12.23a, I tried to restart the phone as it said there but even then it didn't work.
Well then I wanted to make a report about that but I don't know what happened, there was no response but in conclusion the error came out of nowhere from one day to the next

But, sometimes this error goes away, I don't know why, but every time I try to install a mod, oh puglin whatever it's called, this error appears, making me insecure when I want to install more content 😭

I would reinstall TheoTown again but I would lose all my progress.

I would still suggest obtaining the files mentioned here, using the in game file manager

Which should allow the devs to look at it

I've wanted to install the game again but I don't want to lose the progress I've made. In fact, that error deleted a world I've already made. I tried to log in but I don't know why it won't let me.

TheoTown files are located under such directories:

• Windows: C:\Users(insert username)\TheoTown or %USERPROFILE%\TheoTown
• Linux: ~/TheoTown
• MacOS: /user/TheoTown
• Android: /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown/files
  By default you should be in /storage/emulated/0/. Uninstalling the game on Android will delete all files, unless you decide to keep the files when prompted by uninstaller. (android 11 onwards restricts access to external storage for apps, so if the files cannot be accessed this way, opt for the in-build manager explained below)
• ios: Search "TheoTown" in the file manager app

If you cannot access game files through these directories, game has an in-built file manager for mobile devices which is accessible from the region view menu.

You can find your plugin, music, region and city files there as well as logs for debugging purposes.

If you use the in game one it'll likely be faster

But either way navigate to the appropriate file location

From there you may have to download them to send them on discord

I'm not really sure the easiest way to do that on mobile

Could be worth seeing if it pops up here whenever you click add file on discord

I really wouldn't recommend using an outside file manager because they are all different
