How do I make a suggestion

I don't have the time right know as I'm dealing with exams however I want to put up a suggestion to add a feature to turn online city's to local ones as I have a world of about a year now online that I want to play online I don't know how to add this as a suggestion if someone could tell me how that would be appreciated thank you

To post a suggestion in #suggestions, you have to type /suggest (or Psuggest) followed by your suggestion in #bot-commands.
Example: /suggest My awesome suggestion or Psuggest more memes in TheoTown.
After you post the message in #bot-commands, your suggestion will appear in #suggestions!
