i cant make ramp. (connect path 0 to 1)

I have trouble making an uphill road. I can't make road 0 to road 1 connected. I am a new player and still having trouble understanding this game.

i tried use constant and bridge but still cant connect. i want to make the road look like the picture 2

You have to remove the on ground road tile closed to your elevated one

Then try again

I had a hard time understanding how you connect up/down with a road.
First you get on you first road, at level 0, with the road tool. You will see on the right 2 buttons for going up and down.
Click on the button with the arrow going up.
Then click on the tile you're starting, and the game will highlight the roads above. Just clic where you want to go, and the correct ramp should appear.

Yeah it's wonky but you get used to it the further you descend into perfectionist hell
