i have a few tips
1.DONT ever make a industrial building near residential and commercial building,because industrial building makes pollution and noises,and residents doesnt want to live near there
2.focus on your inhabitants demand,if the demands are T2(medium),u need to build T2 building
3.Improve inhabitants happiness,so rich and medium ppl can move to your city
4.build more commercial or industrial,since it produce more money taxes than residential,but you also need to balance it.

i know my friend thank for the advice, but i'm really curious why everything seem stuck, money doesnt increase and no npc seen, i've played this on ios too and doesnt appear a bug like this
