My city is shown as one with cars and people. I got the needs citizens need and I have houses, commercial, etc. However, the city’s population is shown as 0 and the happiness at 50%, this city is not the only one doing this as it’s happening to another one of mine too. It’s quite hard to explain but im sure the photos would make you understand what im saying.
