These just popped up after I tried making a second residential. Idk what it's issue is. My demand is currently very poor due to a fire my friend started (i was afk) but this area was built before that fire. Idk why it wont build. Takes my money but just has those things!!
I'm only Hamlet 1 so I can't do education.
I think it's just taking forever. Two houses just spawned while I was making more commercial. Hopefully they go away. Sorry!
