Elevated Train Passengers

Do elevated stations only work on traffic in residential zones? I've a line setup and it shows 100% usage on the residential catchment, but 0 in commercial areas.

Currently it's just a weird quirk with train usages, I currently wouldn't worry it

I realized I was getting some interesting behavior.. That the passenger numbers do increase at the station, and the train drives past and the number drops to 0 heh
