Cant buy a terrain in my own region

I restarted playing theotown after some months, someone somehow bought my land, i kicked him from the region, but i cant buy the land back anymore, it says that i dont have the permission

isn't there a way to fix the problem in this account? i always had this and i am saving up gold coins in the pc version to create a new region, it would be pretty anoying to loose an account for no reason

oh cool, i couldn't rename the region, couldn't claim terrains, couldnt give the region to other people but i can delete it, lol
