Signs becomes chaotic if you download something [bug]

So.. Every time I try to download anything on the plugin and then turn the game off and on again, the road signs sometimes, becomes like this in the picture or a random dot or even a glitched texture, Can anyone please explain why??, and thanks

99% of the the time

It depends on some weird interaction with some plugin

And in cases where it doesn't tracking down visual things like that can't be easy
