Game crashing absurdly

Lately, after this new update, my game started to crash a lot, a lot. Making it impossible for me to even touch the screen. I don't know if it's just on my phone.
I don't know if it's a game bug either. The problem with my phone isn't it, because the day before the update the game was crashing? It was, but not as much as it is now, the game is now impossible to play. The problem is not with my phone, if the crash does not improve I will have to try to transfer my old city to my new phone. This part is very bureaucratic

When submitting a good crash report, please provide the details of when or under what circumstances the game crashed as well as the following files which can be found in TheoTown folder:

• crash.txt
• log.txt
• out.txt
  You can find out TheoTown's directory for your system by checking out Ptag files.

Moreover, if you can trigger the game to crash with the same error in a reproducible fashion, please mention that in your report as well as that helps us get it to crash on our own machines which in turn lets use fix it easier.

In fact, the game has been crashing for a while now when opening the plugin store.

I played the game with the internet turned off, because if I turned the internet on the game wouldn't start lol

But that was because of the cell phone, which is a problem lol
