(Bug report) a glitch at side of the screen

while I was making a map, out of nowhere this thing appears it do is that the building disappears when you are moving it it also reappears when you move back. why this thing exists, Is this a bug?

it popped up an error message but I ignored it and then this appears, I will find error message
