So i've been making maps and have been experimenting in the game, I'm quite new to this (I downloaded it 3 days ago). This is my most latest build right now, Patra (basically singapore), what i thought of right now is that the west part would be middle inhabitants while the eastern part would be the wealthiest inhabitants with big skyscrapers and office buildings, a marina and roads reminiscent of BGC in the Philippines. Please help me out, I really want to make the best city possible.

Build more then u can do more perfectly.
Your blueprint is quite good, but it's easy to get stuck in traffic when planning commercial and residential areas this way. You should consider building density and try to make it sparser, adding more roads while reducing intersections, or consider separating these two areas.
