Can someone please explain to me how to use bus depot?

Sure.

1. Build the bus depot.
2. Click the already build Bus depot, and click unlock.
3. Close the bus depot, and Check the bus building section, and click bus stop.
   4.after click bus stop, Search the road you want to put it on, Any road Can, but not for highway and Expressway.
4. After you put the bus stop, get back to the bus depot building.
5. Click the route button, and look for your already buildes Bus stop.
