The plugins in the image are only some plugins that provide cultural influence. You may be able to find many more on the plugin store.

Traffic Directory:
Your citizens need an quick and efficient path from point A to Point B. The AI will decide to take the shortest path, rather than the fastest.
Residential -> Commercial & Industrial [Citizens Commuting to Work]
Industrial -> Commercial [Goods Being Transported to Shoppes]
Commercial -> Industrial [Trucks Returning to Factory of Origin]
Industrial & Commercial -> Residential [Citizens Returning to Home of Origin]
Layout Tips:
Your Industrial & Commercial Zones should be close to a Main Road so they have easy access to the entire city.
Your Residential Zones should be close to your Commercial Zones, but further away from your Industrial Zones due to pollution.
Be sure to use a healthy mix of two-way and one-way roads in your Residential Zone to keep traffic orderly.
