if its the official version, my assumption would be that they decide to keep data while uninstalling. IF it is indeed the official version, it should be relatively easy to find the game files and move it somwhere else so the game doesnt detect theem when trying to install

Android doesn't give access to those files even on zarchiver you'd have to have to use adb commands to delete the files
