Hi, I just got the game on Steam and had a question about building. Sometimes when I am building a road or zone it just builds it when I click the destination, other times it has an approval pop up with a checkmark and X. What causes the approval pop up to appears over just building?
Also is there a hot key to press the checkmark or x?

it depends on how you are clicking
click and drag has the approval pop up
click, release then click builds instantly

you can find all the hot keys in settings
cant say ive looked through them all
