Guys help me, I have been trying to send a rocket to space in sandbox mode but there's no upgrade button. Is it even possible to do that in sandbox?

I'm pretty sure in sandbox it's not possible to go to the moon

Or maybe I'm thinking of setting the moon to sandbox mode
