The Overall happiness is lower than any of the individual categories, so I’m curious if that’s some kind of bug? Additionally, I have noticed some oddities when it comes to taxes, in that sometimes changes will affect overall happiness without changing tax-satisfaction specifically.

its not a bug, simply because of how lobby calculates all that for the general averages
you would think all the numbers are added together and divided by the number of indicators
but its not how it works and a different formula is used which typically means that the average is lower
