Now I get newbie question xd
Why my zone not building?
There is demand shown in 1st graph. And also I provide everything, the happiness is quite high
But it seems the building won’t extend over a line
Wonder why they won’t build?

Though the 2nd graph of happiness is of building on the edge of line, and I have waited a long time but will wait bit more to see

Just to add, not only I add a commercial zone, I also add an industry zone. And both industry and commercial can build over the line, but residential still don’t build over the line, even if there is commercial and industry around it

In circle, I just replace 2 zone with the low dense standard and high dense standard. Both did not build over that line

I would suggest just trying variety of the zones to see what will encourage those to grow

I will try other zone, but currently only commercial and industry build over that line, not residential

Clear the zone and it rebuild up to line again

Tried different zone, including standard zone, all have issue. French zone has issue itself, so ignore the zone region that the ground is 3 color strips

At this point this definitely feels like some game bug
