Req some support on this

  1. 15 min city - As evident in the image. No OP plugins used, Not sandbox.
  2. Black hole - Rockets NEVER fail. Tried tons of times

To my understanding however it's assets that's have any unbalanced attributes relative to the standard in game ones

The first achievement description is actually incorrect. The real condition is non-sandbox city with 10k people within 15 minutes.

I have tried this a few times now without success so I got gems to give this a try.
Deleted all plugins and used gems.

I think I'm owed my gems back at the very least 🤷🏻‍♂️
