I can't get a plugin to work

I've made a plugin and when I open theotown I don't get an error like last time, but it's not in 'Mods' either.

It has to go in the plugin folder.

In the folder is the mod.json and the photo.png, but when I enter theo town, I don't see the mod in the 'Mods' section and I don't get an error.

That's because the game doesn't have mods but rather plugins. But in order for that to work you'd have to place the json file and the photo in a folder then transfer the folder into the plugin folder

That's already done, but what I'm saying is here, it doesn't show up.

only plugin store plugins appear there

the rest depends on if you have a manifest file or not

if there is a manifest file, you can see it as a local plugin or in the all plugins category. Otherwise, you have to look in the category it was placed in
