I can't seem to assign Busses to a bus stop

I can't assign a route to a bus stop even though all the roads are normal and are all connected, I have even installed a bus stop near the bus station. Is this a bug?

Try resetting the route that you're trying to assign the bus stop to, even if it says it's empty
