waited for a very long time and it didn't load and it always took about 10 seconds

did it start happening after you installed new plugins?

yes i installed 3 plugins and i restart the game

which plugins, really big ones?

there was a Palace of Versailles but it wasn't any big plug-in and now when I entered the game it crashed and when I logged in, my entire region or city was not there and I was logged in with the same account as before
