I recently had to delete theo town but I removed the plugin managed folder and the other one but I reinstalled the game now I put the two folders back in their place the problem is that the completes in the first folder were not saved any advice?

Yeah, that's your issue, those mpf files are connected to your account to avoid illegal plugin sharing
