one of my cities just disappeared

I made a city a few days ago and it dissapeared from the region, how can I bring it back

If you really want to back, you'll have to rename one of the backup files so that it creates a new main file

TheoTown files are located under such directories:

• Windows: C:\Users\(insert username)\TheoTown or %USERPROFILE%\TheoTown
• Linux: ~/TheoTown
• MacOS: /user/TheoTown
• Android: /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown/files
  By default you should be in /storage/emulated/0/. Uninstalling the game on Android will delete all files, unless you decide to keep the files when prompted by uninstaller.

If you cannot access game files through these directories, game has an in-built file manager for mobile devices which is accessible from the region view menu.

You can find your plugin, music, region and city files there as well as logs for debugging purposes.

use the in game file manager to go to the regions folder, and then acess the region name

and send a screeshot of what is there please

that was a visual glitch, it fixed itself after I restarted and it wasn't related to the original city being lost

but the origninal one is still gone

It you are confident that these are the missing city files then delete the .city file and rename the .city.backup file to .city
