If you mean looking of the game, you can use shaders and some other non-shaders plugin, ask about it if you want

If you want to increase graphics RAM, you need to do some steam and in-game manipulations

press the mini map and use the arrows

some buildings will break on rotation as it doesnt have rotation frames

well if it was the whole map

you can rotate certain buildings which has rotation frames while placing them using the arrows on the top corner of your screen

if those arrows arent there then it cant be rotated
