hi, a month ago I purchased a region online to play with friends in building various cities. The problem arose when we realized that you cannot play more than 1 person in a city because it is owned. I would like to know from you who have more experience, if I delete the online region can I recreate another one without spending diamonds (money)? or perhaps modify it by creating many small cities. thanks to those who reply

Yeah... unfortunately neither of those are options by default
The best thing to do would be ask the devs if they are willing to give you a diamond code, for the amount that you spent
