Random frame animation. Random frame only functions in the frames of a building but no in animation type

example: you are making a building with an animation of a Billboard and you have i don't know... 5 frames and you want a random frame of those to chosse. You can't directly on animation but you can make more frames in the building and put the Billboard animation for each frame. the * random frame animation * can make it easier
