population going up and down?

So I havr started playing Theo but when my city reaches 6000 it starts rapidly dropping to 5500/5600 then it starts to slowly get 6000 again?
How do I fix this

Think of it this way

as your population gets happier and gets more money, they want to move into a better house

so they move out, demolish their old house

and build a house which is better quality

if you can show your population graph, i could seee if it was caused by that

but generally, temporary drops are caused by that
