I have this problem that i thing it's not supposed to be in the game. The fire station just dont want to go where a call them. The building its connected with road but the fire station don't want to go. I created another map for try if its a bug but it works fine and then i go back to my city and it doesnt work so i'm not sure but i thing i connected the road with the building. This also happens with other buildings, i'm not an expert on using that or how it works.
