No matter what I do, I tried uninstalling the winter plugins, and tried turning the winter off on all plugins yet it will still show winter and snow, how do I fix?

hmm if you have snow ground, try replacing with normal ground
or you can go to settings and see if auto winter is on
also you can get the weather building and set to day manually
