Weird bug when trying to load the game with this plugin

For some reason the game refuses to load with the file installed even after deleted old versions and checking 6 times, i legitimately dunno what to do. When I try to delete the automatic duplicated version it still doesn’t work with the singular file

You should not include it in a folder that already contains a plugin.manifest file.
