Road trouble

This may be a stupid question, but how do you connect roads that are at different levels?😅

If I put the road at the level of the bridge, nothing happens, if I put the road at ground level, the ground road replaces the bridge. I'll try again, maybe I did something wrong

Start at ground level then press the higher button

That will make a ramp
