Please switch off "needs roads" for the inner parts of it, even if there is a road around the building it says not connected to road!

And by the way I did not see any culture influence, even on those parts close to road, could you please add a line for culture at the same time if not already done.
The Building really looks great and must have been lots of works thank you for sharing

I believe i put the culture influence on the 3x3 inside. Oh yeah btw for temporary solution you can destroy the inner part. They wont change the texture
