Plugin titles and descriptions should always be readable and not heavily formatted

heavily, maybe not, but it would be better e. g. to bold important parts of the description, like warnings or so, or make P. S. as italic text, and so on. That can just make a description more attractive. Actually, imo, no reason not to add this, maybe the only one is devs are busy with something else
