Other than power, water, fire, police
Here are the basic needs of different buildings:

Residential
: health
: health + park + low education
health + park + sport + low education + high education

Commercial
: (none extra)
: park
: park + sport

Industrial
& : (none extra)
: park

Keep them at zero

If you press the zero on sandbox i believe it resets them, if your wanting to remove demands entirely use uber.

But I use Uber, but it seems like the houses are abandoned, so I need to destroy them to create industrial and commercial areas, even in sandbox mode, Uber, etc.

If I remove them myself, if I build them manually they don't fill up, the houses that are already there don't fill up either and the city doesn't grow, so if I click on zero they appear rising, but I wanted to know how to reset them

As in they don't get inhabitants? Or the buildings turn black?

The houses don't fill up, and when I click on zero in the commercial and industrial spaces they turn a little gray

When they turn gray that's when they are abandoned and need to be rebuilt. (Are you manually building?)

Even if you do it it screws up the sim

It's not a feature in the game

I know I can't do it manually, but I wanted to know how to keep them alone at zero, do I have to build more?

No it's not that sophisticated.

Are you going to add this to the game? You have no idea how incredible it would be to see them taxiing and taking off in just a post or two

I believe they've said that feature wont be added

I may be wrong though

But what's the point of a plane taking off from just one runway?

The plane still takes off in a straight line without making turns
