Happened to me more than once, maybe like 3-4 days in a row. Happens after game is launched the first time, gets stuck, no matter ehich map. The 2nd launch always fixes it.
Also solely on android.

its not an issue with the screen, at least, i dont think so. Its the april fool's day plugin by lobby

Try reproducing the issue without using plugins, provide the out.txt

Considering the news plugin is scrolling and the music is playing, some invisible UI element could be blocking the touch inputs

im not sure why it wont work the first time everytime i try to open it but gets fixed the second time

tall wadi its not an issue with the screen, at least, i dont think so. Its the april fool'...

just remove the plugin, i had this issue once when april fool's day.

maybe some gui from that plugin didn't remove properly.
