I literally created a village around it.. but it didn't happen after more than 5year game cycle... I use redmi 10 power.. if you kindly fix it or guide me to solve this problem... Demand is bottom of the chart for T industry now. I managed the roads and created the layout similar to picture. I downed the tax for industrial T to 3% and waiting for demand increase.

Thank you for the guidance.. I did it.... Farm and harbour working. I revoked all industrial land, build manually TTT industry for wealthy and middle class people... So demand increased for T industry....
