So basically i had a fire and i tried calling the fire brigade when i pressed go and pressed the building it doesnt show, even when it shows up it only shows up for a second then dissapeared again and then the fire brigade doesnt show up

Those roads look without access, You still have the burning waste all over the map, remove it.

It disappears because there is no road access...
About the fire brigade in ur first capture Kulche already explained it to you, if you have pavement, the emergency services cannot drive there, therefore they don't have road access and the alert disappears because it is impossible to reach the building...
