You have a couple of options:

First activate Experimental Features in Others.

After that you can activate the Save external minimap and thus obtain the citymm picture in ur region/map folder.

And if you don't want to bother searching for the game files, just check the Bigger minimap option (also in Experimental Features), when you press it it will look bigger, remember to have the User Interface - UI Size - Bigger too.

There you take a screenshot, crop it, and that's it.
