every time I try to open the game, this error message appears, even if I'm opening the game manually or from steam, I updated the game recently and haven't rebooted my computer yet, does that have to do with anything?

This is a new popup that was recently added to notify if people are running the game as an administrator. You can choose to ignore it or not run the game as administrator

The problem is that I'm not running the game as administrator.

Even after rebooting I'm still getting the error code
