#can't install a plugin

Well, as it says there, it's a plugin error. So just disable that plugin and keep going.
If you have access to the zip file, you can try to fix it on your own. If not, simply tell the plugin creator that it has a bug, keep in mind that if it is an old plugin and the author is no longer active, there is nothing to do.
Yea but it doesn't tell what the error is like it usually do
Did you make the plugin?
If you didn't actually make the code, I recommend discussing it with the plugin creator, or he can go directly to #plugin-support
Idk what plugin is that, but seeing the json name "citydecocat", it looks like a category hierarchy issue, pretty normal mistake if he made the code in multiple json.
This is the creator of this plugin
He say that the plugin work just fine
Unless you share the entire zip file, there is nothing that we can do, and knowing that you are not the plugin creator, I would not tell you to share it, since if it is private, or from a specific server, it's for something.
Delete the plugin folder, and use the zip without extracting it, and see if that solves your problem.
Btw, using special characters, or with a space in the names of the plugins, doesn't make much sense, let's see if they start using _, or directly put everything together "CityDeco" / "City_Deco".. That bad habit of trying to break the codes 😅
