Switching Cities Crashes my Game

So recently ive been encountering this problem with my main region. That everytime i try to switch to my other city it just crashes

The entire region is "Extra Large" in size, has 4 open cities but for now just 2 is active.

And everytime i load this one city the loading screen just stops and crashes my game. Back then a debug report would saying about some byte? But now with the recent update the debug report just doesn't pop up anymore.

I tried removing cache but still doesn't work.

•I have 957 active plugins, but i may have deactivated some plugins.

•My phone ram is 4gb, with an 7gb worth of storage left.

Is there a way to fix this?
(The selected section is the city that i cannot access , i recently found out this problem a week ago)

When submitting a good crash report, please provide the details of when or under what circumstances the game crashed as well as the following files which can be found in TheoTown folder:

• crash.txt
• log.txt
• out.txt
  You can find out TheoTown's directory for your system by checking out Ptag files.

Moreover, if you can trigger the game to crash with the same error in a reproducible fashion, please mention that in your report as well as that helps us get it to crash on our own machines which in turn lets use fix it easier.

Yes but where? Been looking in the Data but couldnt find the Theotown directory folder. I also use other third party apps to locate it
