How do I fix this issue? Every time my game autosaves or when it saves when trying to leave a city to go to another one, it just fails and stays on the saving city screen for approximately like 2 hours. I let my phone sit for 2 hours and when I came back to it, it was still stuck on the saving city screen, how do I fix this?

If it is online mode, try using a VPN and see if that solves the problem.
Offline it shouldn't happen, unless you don't have enough storage, maybe JA could help u to discover what happens if that were the case.

Also I just turned off saving entirely
So now I have to save it all manually which I do not mind doing.
Although I am not quite sure if manual saving even works.

Well, it should work the same as auto saving.

Then yeah, it won't work.
Which means I probably just have to clear all the games I don't play. Or all the games that really I have no reason to have.

Remember to clear the game cache as well, if you see a lot of ads it usually accumulates quite a bit.
