yes
Alright. Because I'm planning to buy Underground wires so I can expand my city. Because the wires are simply getting in the way, and I can connect wires to more buildings via underground.
they look better, but if you zone off an area, or place a bunch of buildings, you don't need to run wires through all of them, just water
If you really want to be realistic. Use the above-ground wires and place them between every like 5 houses then run the wires behind the houses. It adds a really realistic feel. For more dense areas like downtown areas, use the underground wires as that's where they are used the most. And another thing with the underground wires is if you want a modern neighborhood, run wires under each individual house. Add's the realistic feel to it even though you can't see it, and yes, this does go for the piping, but the pipes you can just run in a straight line under many houses at once. Have fun! Engineer. Yes I am an Architect because my creativity is terrible.
I currently use underground wires because my city is packed
But the above-ground wires definitely adds a realistic feeling.
I may add some going to the left and right side of Residential houses & buildings..
Honestly i only use the decor version of electric wires
While actual electrical transmission runs umderground
Is that a public plugin? If so I want to test it out to see how it looks.
It is a public plugin
what's the name of the plugin??
Not to be that guy but underground wires exists in towns irl too
For example where I live
They aren't as common where I live.
While yes we run off of complete green energy according to my knowledge.
We still use above ground wires even in the city, but the closer you get to downtown, you see less and less of them.
