You get regions coin when you play, you get 25 rc every day just for logging in and you get more by playing on the maps. About your question, I don't know what you mean, you can go to the Account panel in the steam version too.

About Others Account - Steam connected is totally normal don't worry.

If you are on another TheoTown Forum account simply logout and log in with the correct one.
