I can't open plugin store on mobile it just shows loading

There could be a few reasons for that. Have you already done the basics?

  • Close the app completely and restart your phone (turn it off and on).

  • Clear the app cache.

If you've tried that and still can't load the plugin store, try using a VPN to see if it's an issue with your ISP.
