ooh, could you investigat this @swift needle
summary of the issue is: plugin downloads up to a point and resers its progress back to 0 so people cannot download plugins. Quite a bit of people seem to be having it. It doesnt seem to be that it is because of texture space and probably not the country they are in either. IS there a certain file you need to investigate?

Not also their storage issue too

Hey ya, I just download the new plugins and it's been quite a day already, its will freezes or just refresh itself.

Their download probably times out due to slow connection and continues
