How can I increase Waste Disposal?

Simply go to Supply - Waste Disposal and place some Landfill, Waste Incinerator or Buyback Center.

With plugins you have options such as Recycling Center or Waste to Energy.

some have a performance meter, you can adjust it to get more influence and waste dissposal but its month expense increases exponentially

Don't place the landfill and waste incinerator so close to ur residential zone, and about that 50%, don't worry, it's more than enough, eventually it will increase...
